Wrestling Strength & Conditioning

E.A.T.S. offers the area’s premier Wrestling Specific Training Program for junior high, high school and college athletes. Our program is designed to meet the specific needs of a wrestler for Injury Prevention (neck, shoulders, and lower back) and Performance Enhancement.

Wrestlers are not Olympic lifters, bodybuilders, or track athletes… so they shouldn’t train like them! There is a huge difference between being fit and being in Wrestling Shape.

At E.A.T.S. we build "Athletic Warriors". These workouts will give you the Strength, Agility, Flexibility, Mental Toughness, and Metabolic Conditioning to "Go To War" for all three periods and emerge Victorious!
