Wrestling Strength & Conditioning
EATS offers the area’s premier Wrestling Specific Training Program for junior high, high school and college athletes. Our program is designed to meet the specific needs of a wrestler for Injury Prevention (neck, shoulders, and lower back) and Performance Enhancement.
Wrestlers are not Olympic lifters, bodybuilders, or track athletes… so they shouldn’t train like them! There is a huge difference between being fit and being in Wrestling Shape.
At EATS we build "Athletic Warriors". These workouts will give you the Strength, Agility, Flexibility, Mental Toughness, and Metabolic Conditioning to "Go To War" for all three periods and emerge Victorious!

E.A.T.S. provides wrestling specific training programs for both individual athletes as well as teams. Our Team Training Programs are Organized, Supervised, professionally run strength and conditioning workouts. These workouts not only Increase Team Strength, Speed and Conditioning but also Improve Team Unity and Chemistry!
