EATS Team Training Programs are organized, supervised, professionally run strength and/or conditioning workouts-just like the pro’s use! These “Training Camps” not only Increase Team Strength, Speed, Agility, and Conditioning,but also improve Team Unity and Chemistry.

Personal Training

While we do specialize in the strength and conditioning of athletes of all ages and levels, it doesn’t mean that you have to considered your self an athlete to train with us!  

We provide Personal Fitness Training for every body, and can bring out the inner athlete in you!  Our individualized personal training programs provide a comprehensive training program for clients of all fitness levels and training goals!
