 EATS Privacy Policy

At EATS, we are keenly aware of the trust you place in us and our responsibility to protect your privacy. As part of this responsibility, we let you know what information we collect when you use our products and services, why we collect it and how we use it to improve your experience.

1. We will collect all contact info so that we might contact you about your or your child’s training and account
2. We will use contact information to periodically send you information about our services and upcoming programs. You may opt out of these emails by following opt out options at the bottom of each email.
3. We will securely retain your financial account information for future billing until we receive written notification for it to be deleted.
4. We will not sell or provide your contact or financial information to any 3rd parties.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

No refund will be given for sessions already completed. For all pre paid group programs no refunds or make up sessions will be given for missed sessions. Full refunds will be given for programs registered if cancelation notification is received prior to the start of the program. Cancelation notification should be sent to Colin@EliteAthleteTraining.com.
