  EATS TRAINING LOCATIONS

EATS Performance Coaches are available to train 7 days a week by appointment.  We are able to train at multiple locations in the DC Metropolitan area. We train out of Fitness 4 You, Rockville Fitness, All Fitness First Locations, and The NEXT LEVEL Athletic Performance Training Center. 
 
Individual Training Rates

FLAT TRAINING RATE:

 1 Session $60

We have a special introductory rate of
 
3 sessions for $165.00 ($55 a Session)
 
When you sign up for EATS AUTO PAY BILLING!
 
EATS SMALL GROUP TRAINING
(4-6 Athletes)
 
Cant afford our Individual Training Programs? 
 
You can still get Professional Athletic Performance Training by signing up with your friends or teammates for our Small Group Training Program (4-6 Athletes)
 
1 Session $180
 
Gym Membership is NOT Included
 and Is Required to train at all locations

·         Every client must sign up for the EATS AUTO PAY BILLING.
·         Workouts are approximately an hour long and are done by appointment only
·         Members of our staff are available 7 days per week, from early morning to late evening
·         We reserve the right to pair your athlete with another athlete for competitive purposes
