EATS offers the DC Metropolitan area’s premier Basketball Specific Training Program for junior high, high school and college athletes. Our program is designed to meet the specific needs of a Basketball player for Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement. Basketball players are not Olympic lifters, bodybuilders, or track athletes… so they shouldn’t train like them! There is a huge difference between being fit and being in Basketball Shape. At EATS we build "Athletic Warriors". These workouts give you the Strength, Speed, Agility, Mental Toughness, and Metabolic Conditioning to "Go To War" for all four quarters and emerge Victorious! |
