Strength & Conditioning: Our strength & conditioning program offers the most comprehensive, safe, and effective training available for a very competitive rate. We help male and female athletes of all ages and all sports improve their strength, power, speed, agility, flexibility and sport specific conditioning level. Our athletes get results!
- Every client must purchase their own package of sessions (no sharing).
- Pre-paid sessions have no expiration date.
- Workouts are approximately an hour long and are done by appointment only.
- Members of our staff are available 7 days per week, from early morning to late evening
- We reserve the right to pair your athlete with another athlete for competitive purposes

Strength Training: The EATS strength training workouts focus on strengthening all of the major muscles of the body through a full range of motion so as to insure injury prevention (Pre Habilitation) and muscular balance. Our workouts are safe, very time efficient, intense, and extremely productive. In accordance with our H.I.T. philosophy we prefer to strength train our athletes in pairs to improve the dynamic of the workout. The rates below already reflect this.

Conditioning: The EATS Speed Agility and Conditioning program is a professionally designed and implemented training program specifically aimed to improve each athlete's deceleration skills, change of direction, first step explosiveness, linear speed, acceleration, and sport specific conditioning level. Workouts are approximately an hour long and include a supervised warm- up and pre/post stretch to enhance flexibility.
