Strength & Conditioning for Soccer Players
E.A.T.S. offers the nation’s premier soccer specific training program for junior high, high school and college players. Our program is designed to meet the specific needs of a soccer player for injury prevention (ankles, knees, and low back) and performance enhancement (quicker to the ball and a more powerful kick). Soccer players are not Olympic lifters, bodybuilders, or track athletes… so they shouldn’t train like them! There is a huge difference between being fit and being in soccer shape. Our results speak for themselves.
Our year-round training program will improve:
- Muscular strength to reduce injury potential
- First step explosion to get to the ball quicker
- Lateral quickness to improve defense
- Soccer specific conditioning level
