Personal Training Services

Personal Training: Personal fitness training for every body ! Our individualized
personal training programs provide a comprehensive workout for clients
of all fitness levels and goals. We offer programs for general fitness
improvement, weight management, and post rehabilitation.
- Every client must purchase their own package of sessions (no sharing).
- Pre-paid sessions have no expiration date.
- Workouts are approximately an hour long and are done by appointment only.
- Members of our staff are available 7 days per week, from early morning to late evening.
