E.A.T.S., Inc.

Strength & Conditioning for Lacrosse Players

E.A.T.S. offers the nation’s premier lacrosse specific training program for junior high, high school and college players. Our program is designed to meet the specific needs of a lacrosse player for injury prevention (ankles, groin, and low back) and performance enhancement (run faster, improved stick control, and hit harder). Lacrosse players are not Olympic lifters, bodybuilders, or track athletes… so they shouldn’t train like them! There is a huge difference between being fit and being in lacrosse shape. Our results speak for themselves.

Our year-round training program will improve:

  • Develop physical and mental toughness
  • Increase explosiveness needed to be first to the ball
  • Utilize stick skills during game specific conditioning
  • Improve reaction (visual and auditory), lateral quickness, and power

“Working with the E.A.T.S. Staff the summer prior to my freshman year was the best thing I could have done to prepare myself for the tough transition into college athletics.”

“E.A.T.S. has been a key part of our success in building an elite lacrosse program. Our athletes have been working with E.A.T.S. the last three years and have shown tremendous improvement in their strength & conditioning levels. They provide great insight to the science of developing the speed, agility and quickness used specifically in lacrosse. Their creativeness keeps the workouts fun and fresh. The E.A.T.S. staff understands the mechanical movements of shooting as well as how to react quickly to ground balls and has drills to improve such qualities. The E.A.T.S. workouts are demanding and intense; but every successful!”
