Off Season Football Workouts will be held at Philbin’s Athletic Training Center, Fitness First Germantown, Wootton HS, Northwest HS and at Rockville Fitness (formerly called Planet Fitness).
E.A.T.S. offers the nation’s premier football specific training program for junior high, high school and college players. Our program is designed to meet the specific needs of a football player for injury prevention (hands, hips, neck, and low back) and performance enhancement (run faster and hit harder). Football players are not Olympic lifters, bodybuilders, or track athletes… so they shouldn’t train like them! There is a huge difference between being fit and being in football shape. Our results speak for themselves.

|
