All sessions are 60 minutes and each session varies in intensity. Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcome! Classes include weight training, TRX Suspension Training, cardio conditioning, balance, core work – no two workouts are the same! Join NOW for as little as $15 per session.


Whether you run 30 miles a week or you have never run in your life our EATS staff will push you to your personal limits. Taking your body to the NEXT LEVEL! We will be able to provide to you fresh and up-to-date exercises instead of the same old routine. You and your trainer will work together on your goals and ensure you are using safe and effective exercises.


Class Locations and Times
Monday and Wednesday 6:00 a.m. Next Level & 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. at Rockville Fitness
Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 a.m. Bethesda Fitness First, 8:00 a.m. Next Level and 9:30 a.m. at Rockville Fitness
Friday 6:00 a.m. Bethesda Fitness First, 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. at Rockville Fitness


Fees
All fees are to be paid by credit card you MUST PURCHASE A PACKAGE BY THE 5th of the MONTH or you will be billed an additional $20 processing fee.

Unlimited Group Training Fee - $249 per 4 week session (approx $15 per session if you come 4 times a week)

3 day a week Group Training - $199 per 4 week session ($16.58 per session)

2 day a week Group Training - $149 per 4 week session ($18.62 per session)

1 day a week Group Training - $99 per 4 week session ($24.75 per session)

Drop In Fee $30 (this does not include a daily drop in gym fee)

Refund Policy
"No refunds. If you miss days during a session, you must make up those days within your 4 week session. You can attend morning or a weekend session to make up, but it must be within the same 4 week session". I will offer at least one weekend training option per month. I.E. Purchase 2 days a week – you have 8 full sessions – you may use all 8 in two weeks and then take two weeks off – you may use your 8 however you like WITHIN 30 days!

* Rockville Fitness requires a membership – memberships run approximately $50 per month. Call Robin (301) 230-9393.

** Fitness First requires a membership – memberships run approximately $33 per month. Call Dave Parker (301) 244-0100.

*** Next Level does NOT require a membership. This group class is to be paid directly to Next Level.
